The Service Leadership Academy (SLA) is a program sponsored by Foundational Outreach International a 503(c) charitable organization. SLA's mission is to train and develop individuals' servant leadership capabilities and traits so they can be effective stewards in their own communities around the world.



SLA provides opportunities for participants to learn about leadership through acts of service, to join a community of likeminded individuals that can participate in monthly virtual meet-ups, launch service projects locally, share what they are up to, and access toolkits to get started in easy to start service projects.

Service is not "something" for someone else to do, it is something you can do. SLA is committed to creating pathways available where individuals of various ages, skill, and abilities can participate in acts of service.

Participants can also earn badges of completion for various activities including service challenges, service projects, orientations, leadership classes, and contributing to this exciting community creating an impact around the world!
