Our policy

Do you want to be a leader? Do you like helping others? Do you like working with a mission and purpose? Have you ever wondered what's in it for me if I answer "Yes" to these questions?

Individuals around the world are needed with the character, integrity, interest and training that allows them to effectively serve others. Whether this is in the community, school, church, civic organizations, business, education, volunteering a a food drive, or within your family. The act of service is needed to make for a more harmonious world, but it all starts at home and in our communities. This type of individual with these characteristics are also called "servant leaders".

By focusing on the unique characteristics of a servant leader and developing them through practical application of learning and actual service, can enhance the quality of life, the opportunities available to that individual.

SLA provides a platform that curates learning experiences and service projects to develop servant leadership skills and attributes.

By joining SLA, you can meet with other like-minded individuals who are curious, interested, and stepping forward to learn to be of service to others.
